Warranty

At Porter & Stone Co. the quality of our product is paramount as such we provide a comprehensive warranty. All items purchased from Porter & Stone Co. are covered by a one-year warranty, starting from delivery date.

This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the coverage period. If you have any issues, please reach out to us on info@porterandstoneco.com  with your order number and a  description of the issue.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. We also will not cover any damage or defects caused by a  failure to follow the instructions around band care.

If your product is not eligible for warranty coverage, we will still work with you to find a resolution, but there may be a fee attached.
