Refund policy

At Porter & Stone Co. the quality of our product is paramount as such we provide a comprehensive returns & refund policy. All items purchased from Porter & Stone Co. are covered and can be returned within 30 days of shipment. We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee. 

If it is to change size, this must be done within 90 days of shipment and the first change in size if free of charge. 

Bands must be returned in original condition with all packaging to be valid for a refund. Once reviewed we will look to issue refunds within 7-10 working days. You will be liable for all return shipping costs & insurance/cost if the item is lost in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
